Alex LaubackerAlexandra R. Laubacker is the co-founder, President and CEO of Integrated Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (IES). IES is an IT services, consulting and integration firm specializing in professional services for integration projects in the Semi-Conductor industry, Product Life Cycle Management and the Consumer Packaged Goods and Manufacturing sectors. IES also offers a broad range of IT services to our local business clients including Project Management, Business Process Improvement, and Systems Integration services. IES works with their clients as an IT partner.

Alexandra has extensive industry experience managing computer development and integration projects, including multi-million dollar projects with a disparate 15 company team. Her technical expertise covers software development, database application development, and design architecture. Alexandra’s ability to view the ‘big picture’ and listen to a customer’s needs allow her to, working with a customer, define a strategic plan. Her organizational strengths and attention to detail guarantee a success.

Alexandra was raised overseas, spending 18 years in the Caribbean, East and West Africa. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in both Computer Science and Mathematics from Smith College, Northampton, MA. She is a Certified eMatrix Collaboration Developer, SuperOffice CRM professional services provider and holds certificates of completion for numerous technical courses through IBM. She attended secondary school in Switzerland and Greece.

During her 14 years working with IBM in Poughkeepsie, NY, Alexandra always focused on leading edge technologies and worked to implement effective solutions. WEB enabled supply chain management projects gave Alexandra experience working with DARPA and consortium based projects. In 1996 she received the Internet Project of the Year award for the National Industrial Information Infrastructure Protocols (NIIIP) project she was managing. She received numerous Technical Achievement awards during her career at IBM.

She settled in the Hudson Valley with her husband and 2 daughters and loves New York State. It would not have been possible to build the business without the support of her family and in particular the efforts of her husband who kept the family together while Alexandra was traveling on business.

Alexandra is a member of the Board of Directors for the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce (DRCOC) and chair of the Women’s Leadership Alliance Mentor Committee. She participates on the Mill Street Loft Event Committee and various other community activities. She has been inducted to the National Association of Professional and Executive Women and is a 2009 Athena Honoree.

Eric GormanEric D. Gorman is the co-founder, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operations Officer of Integrated Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (IES). IES is a computer consulting and integration services firm specializing in providing professional services for integration projects in numerous industries including the Semi-Conductor industry. IES has worked with Product Life Cycle Management implementations for the Consumer Packaged Goods and Manufacturing sectors. IES also offers a broad range of IT services to our local business community including Security, Project Management, Business Process Improvements, and Systems Integration. IES works with their clients as an IT partner.

Eric has extensive industry experience implementing computer integration projects, including multi-million dollar projects with development teams spread across multiple companies. His technical expertise covers a variety of platforms including Unix, Intel and Mainframes. His project experience covers both the Manufacturing and Finance sectors.

His background includes 6 years of working with IBM in East Fishkill, NY and 3 years at Chase Manhattan Bank. At IBM, he worked to bring new technologies to the chip manufacturing industry. He helped manage and implement DARPA funded projects that focused on enabling web based collaboration between Aerospace and Submarine building companies and their suppliers. He has worked as an IBM consultant providing industrial engineering solutions for some of IBM’s customers. At Chase, he designed and implemented a check image archive that eliminated Chase Manhattan Bank’s need to store check images on microfiche.

Eric graduated with Highest Honors in a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, IN. He is a Certified eMatrix Collaboration Developer, and holds certificates of completion for numerous technical courses through IBM.

Eric is a 2008 recipient of the GSDCC Movers and Shakers – 40 Under 40 award and participates in numerous technical forums.

He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Anderson Center for Autism. He is also Chair of the DCRCOC IT Committee, member of the DCRCOC Small Buisness Committee and a member of the IEEE society.
