“So……….What Do You Do?”
It’s a question we hear so often when we meet with other local business owners or the general public. It is sometimes preceded by “Who are you?” On the surface, it seems logical that any one of our employees should be able to talk comfortably about who we are as a company and what it is we do at any networking or tradeshow event, but is what is said truly accurate from person to person?
To some, like a local community outreach center for children, IES, Inc. is a supporter of their efforts in the community, a source of friendship and humor, as well as being the company called when one of the computer systems available to the many children they serve needs to be fixed.
Ask a partner at a local accounting firm about IES and she could tell you that certain members of the staff are long time friends. Together they have enjoyed watching their children grow up, not to mention IES has answered their calls for help with their network of computers and how to more efficiently access their data. IES also ensures their servers are running in tip top shape so they are prepared for the heavy volume of information they must hold during tax season each year.
To the staff at a local title search company, IES serves as a source of advice as this company began in a garage and has continued to evolve. IES has helped the company work its way through many office spaces and each time, IES has met the challenges of wiring whatever office space they decided to call home without allowing them to miss processing a title search file. There was also the customization of an off the shelf software program dedicated to the title search industry that IES took on in order to help streamline the production process.
Let’s also not forget a local collection agency, with offices both in Poughkeepsie and Mamoronek, NY, IES has set up secure remote connections so they can access any of their servers to get the data they need without making a phone call, sending a fax or taking a drive.
Did I mention how the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce feels about IES? The Chamber is delighted to have IES participate in a variety of events as sponsors to show their commitment and support to the Chamber. As was seen in an article of US News and World Report, the Chamber commented that IES’ ability to respond to a customers needs has made them decide to make IES the exclusive provider of the Chamber’s Web hosting and development services. IES will also be providing the organization’s day to day support and e-mail capability. In a quote for the magazine, Charlie North stated, “we know from experience how comforting it is to have reliable IT support.”
So, who is Integrated Enterprise Solutions, Inc. and what do they do? They are a full service IT company who are friends, sources of comfort, humor and support. Then again, maybe it’s said best by the statement that appears on their website and e-Newsletter, “Our goal is to provide a creative, innovative and proactive approach to all our customer’s technical needs while building a long-term and sustainable relationship.” Or maybe it’s summed up by the words under their logo “Technology + Imagination.”
The truth is IES is all of these things and so much more.
