1IT Synergy program is described as a program in which IES works with your internal IT staff or works as your outsourced IT department in order to provide IT support on a regular and consistent basis. It is a long term alliance to keep your day to day operations running smoothly by supplying one of our staff members at your location for a specified amount of time per week for a specified number of weeks.
2IT Block program allows customers to purchase a block of hours to be used over the course of a year at a discounted rate from the prevailing time and materials rate. The discount will vary depending on the amount of hours that are purchased.
